Scope

This policy applies to the website porcemall.com and to the Porcemall mobile application, both operated by Porcemall USA Corp. By using either, you accept this policy. If you do not accept it, do not use them.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit the trade application, subscribe to the dealer newsletter, create an account in the app or contact us, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, city, state, country and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. Our servers and service providers record the IP address, browser type, device, pages requested and time of each request, as every website does.

Browser storage. The wishlist function stores your selections in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to evaluate trade applications, to operate accounts, to respond to inquiries, to send trade communications you have requested, to operate, secure and improve the website and the app, to comply with law, and to establish and defend our legal rights.

How we share it

We share information with the service providers that operate the website and the app on our behalf, including hosting, image storage, font delivery and email providers, for those purposes only. We disclose information when required by law, legal process or a government request, when necessary to protect our rights, property or safety, and in connection with any sale, merger or transfer of our business. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy and for as long as our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations require.

Your choices

Each newsletter includes a link to unsubscribe. Requests to access, correct or delete your information, and requests to delete an account in the Porcemall app, may be sent to infousa@porcemall.com from the email address associated with the information. We may need to verify your identity. We may retain information that we are required or permitted by law to keep. Uninstalling the app does not delete an account.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect the information we hold. No transmission over the internet and no method of storage is completely secure, and we do not guarantee the security of any information.

Children

The website and the app are intended for business use and are not directed to anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may change this policy at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the website or the app after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
